Designed for decadent evenings, the ALEMEA maxi dress is crafted from premium 20D mesh with a touch of stretch to create a column silhouette. This statement style will hold its place in your occasionwear rotation. It’s framed by a bandeau neckline secured with internal silicone tape for enhanced hold and punctuated with a curved cut-out at the waist. The signature HOTFIX embellishments promise endless sparkle all night long.

✔️ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
✔️ Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
✔️ Sale items, lingerie, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1️⃣ Contact us at support@eveely.com with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility).

3. Refunds & Processing

🔹 Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
🔹 Processing time: 5 business days after the return is received.
🔹 Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
